How a request becomes a trip

No checkout and no deposit online. A person reads every request.

  1. Send the request

Pick the bus, the date, the hours and where you’re headed. It takes a couple of minutes, and nothing is charged.

  2. We call or text

Every request is read by hand. We go over the route and the timing with you, and send the quote. Prices on the site are where it starts.

  3. Then it’s booked

The trip is confirmed once you and Go2Guy agree on the details. Until then it’s a request, not a booking.

Austin, and out to the Hill Country

Based in Austin and running across Central Texas. Around town, fuel is usually included; longer trips may add a fuel surcharge, and it will be in your quote up front.

Not on the line? Ask. If you can point to it on a map, we probably go there.

The questions everyone asks

All questions
How much does it cost to rent a party bus?

Our 16-passenger bus starts at $150/hour and the 32-passenger bus starts at $225/hour, plus a 20% driver service fee on every rental. Final pricing depends on your specific trip details.

Is there a minimum rental time?

All rentals require a 4-hour minimum. Most groups find that's just right — it gives you time for transit, stops, and a solid stretch of party time. Reach out if you have a shorter trip in mind and we'll see what we can do.

Can I bring alcohol on the bus?

Yes. You're welcome to bring your own beverages. We provide cooler space to keep them cold. Our drivers are professional and ensure everyone stays safe. Please note: no glass containers are allowed on the buses.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak season (March through October). Popular dates like ACL, SXSW, graduation weekends, and holidays book up fast.

Is a driver fee included?

A mandatory 20% driver service fee is added to every rental. This covers your driver. Additional tips are always welcome but never expected.

Tell us the date and the plan

A request takes a couple of minutes. It isn’t a booking yet: we review it, then call or text you with the quote and confirm the trip.
